All referrals via LB Newham Housing Options service.

Referral procedure

Referrals via Newham HPAS. Need to have access to public funds. Face to face interview (socially distanced). I.D and proof of benefits needed for interview

Support and accommodation

Support offered

2 support workers covering 0900-1700 Monday to Friday Out of office support covered by telephone service monitored by partner renewal programme scheme open 24 hours a day. Regular key work sessions with service users to support them into independent living. Support offered around linking in with external services, benefits, EET, moving into independent living.
