How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Referrals sent to SPOC at the above email address. Once received an interview at the scheme will arranged. Young people must have proof of NINO and Birth Certificate to support benefit claims can be made successful.
Referral procedure
Weekly meeting with Riverside and YPSS to discuss waiting list, joint decisions to allocations.

Support offered
Up to 6 staff on-site 7.30am-10pm, 24 hour waking cover. Weekly step sessions. Bespoke Step by Step programme to support developing independent livings skills such as , benefit claims, budget planning, food hygiene, laundry, interview skills, Positive relationships, sexual health and substance misuse etc. Support in accessing Education , training or the employment market. CV creation. Emotional and practical support 24/7.
