Referral agencies

Open access supported accommodation, accepts referral from every agency and self-referrals as well

Referral procedure

Referral form can be emailed through to referrer or self, assessment will be booked depending on room availability

1:1 support. SMART recovery. Group activities. Signposting to other agencies. Support around MH, PH, substance misuse, offending.

Cluster flats with 3 – 5 rooms, share facilities: Kitchen 2x bathrooms in each flat.Single room with wash basin, sharing lounge/kitchen/bathroom and shower room with 2-4 others.
