Referral procedure

Assessment times at the Powerhouse Mon & Tues 9am-5pm. Appointments can be made by agencies or individuals but people can also just turn up and be seen that day. There may be a wait if an assessment is being carried out. Need ID and proof of benefit.

Support offered

10 full-time staff provide 24 hour waking cover. Support work system (13 residents per worker), weekly meetings. Support plan with agreed outcomes. Staff provide advice and support with employment and training, benefits and life skills.
