Who do we help?

Chaotic individuals who may present with complex needs and problems eg alcohol abuse and mental health problems. Local connection to Hull required. Can accept up to 2 people with dogs. Can accommodate one couple.

Who we cannot help

Arsonists. Anyone who does not meet the residency criteria as defined by the local authority.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency, including the local authority.

Referral procedure

Phone to see if there are vacancies. If so, will arrange to see prospective resident same day and conduct preliminary interview. Needs and risk assessments will be carried out by keyworkers next day.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

2 staff - Housing Support Officer and Resettlement Worker - available daily 7am-9pm, service staffed 24/7. Keywork system with regular support sessions. staff address identified needs such as debt management, benefits, living skills. Some external services hold one to one appointments on site. Referrals to external services as required.
