Single homeless women aged 18-25 with low support needs. No local connection is needed. Pregnant ladies welcome to apply on the understanding that unfortunately the baby cannot live at Townsend Gardens once born.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency, also via Youthline on 0300 303 0099.
Referral procedure
Applicants or any agency are welcome to telephone us direct to discuss if we can assist with offering a place, and a friendly interview is arranged to ensure we are the right place to support that individual. Interviews usually take place Monday – Friday but we welcome telephone calls at any time.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
There is staff on site nearly 24/7 throughout the week and most of the weekend. Each resident assigned a Housing Officer and our Night Staff are awake throughout their shift to ensure the safety of our residents. Support to residents is provided through an external support provider.

Single bedroom complete with bed, small fridge/freezer, hand wash basin and storage space. Residents share a kitchen/diner and shower room. All bedrooms have been refurbished in early 2022.
