Assessment of entitlement to housing for those that are homeless/threatened with homelessness. Temporary accommodation may be available whilst enquiries are made. General housing advice/information for households who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Out of hours emergencies phone 0300 222 5946 and select option 9.
