            Who do we help?
            Young single people aged 16-25 who are leaving care, homeless or inadequately housed who are referred via their local authority.
Young single people aged 16-25 who have presented as homeless to Rotherham Council Homeless Team for assessment. This accommodation is offered in partnership with Roundabout Ltd.
        
        
            
                Who we cannot help
                for the homless contract with RMBC, clients must have local connection. For referrals from Local Authorities for Social Care placements, can be accepted without local connection

        How to get a referral
        
            Referral agencies
            Referrals come through local authority Children and Young People’s services and local authority homeless team.

            For accommodation for homeless young people aged 16-25 in Rotherham - referral is via RMBC Homeless Team.

        Support and accommodation
        
            Support offered
            Staff provide support via the key worker system. Support is centered around independent living skills, education, training, employment, literacy, numeracy and life-skills. Weekly meetings. 24 hour staff support
We have Lottery Funding to provide an holistic service to Rotherham people aged 18-30 who require support/guidance to engage in education, training and employment. This is the Brighter Futures Service.
We also have Lloyds Invest funding to offer pre-tenancy training to young care leavers from Rotherham

            12 single occupancy rooms at Lindum Terrace – shared bathrooms and own kitchen. 3 single person flats and 5 2 bedroom shared houses out in the community. Shared houses have individually locked bedrooms and share kitchen, bathroom and lounge facilities.
