Referral agencies

Referrals can be accepted from: Council Housing Teams, Social Services.

Places are allocated through Tunbridge Wells Borough Council's housing register. To register your interest, please make contact with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. http://www.tunbridgewells.gov.uk/residents/housing/homeless-or-at-risk Social Services.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

1 full time deputy, 1 full time service manager, 2 full time housing management workers, 2 night concierge . Covering shifts 8- 21:30 , night concierge covering 21:30- 7am . Initial induction support plan followed by a full support plan including support with budgeting., wellness and self esteem. Tenancy Training , passport to independence , AQA awards. AQA are delivered as a workshop or 1-1. Passport to Independence is delivered on a 1-1 basis.
