How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from children's and adult social service departments, YOT, prison, probation, housing advice and other services within East Sussex.

Referral procedure

Agency referrals. All referrals come via the local authority or Children's services who then refer via a single point. Contact 24/7 for referral pack. Applicants will be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of application and interviewed within a week.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

24/7 staff onsite. Each young person has an initial assessment and will be allocated a keyworker upon move in. Weekly meetings are a requirement, and each YP will work towards set goals. We offer targeted support around move on, health, financial management and employability/education. Weekly workshops form part of our offer. We have a small gym and music studio on site, and a training room. We focus upon the strengths and talents of our residents and seek to offer opportunities to support them to identify and develop these.
