Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Clients to attend Steps for Change to complete a referral for suitable accommodation at Harnall or Axholme, we are also Direct Access. Require documentary evidence of NI number and benefits.

8 full and part time staff on-site 8am-7pm, night concierge. key worker system. Staff provide help and advice as required. Job seeking sessions, computer, literacy, life skills and basic skills sessions are also available.
