Who do we help?

Anne Knight House provides short-term housing management support for families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness who need up to three hours of support per week. The service helps residents maintain their tenancy, achieve personal goals and move towards greater independence through intensive housing management support, with accommodation provided in self-contained two-bedroom flats equipped with white goods.

We accept referrals from the Joint Referral Panel at Chelmsford City Council please contact them for an application form. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
