How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals processed via Suffolk Coordination Scheme.

Referral procedure

All referrals must be made through Housing Related Support Suffolk. Needs and risk assessments will then be carried out to see if applicants are suitable for the service.

Staff work both day and night. On call service also available. Project workers give advice, guidance, signposting, support plans benefit claims & life skills etc.
