How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Referrals come from local authority housing departments, probation, prison, healthcare professionals and voluntary agencies.

Referral procedure

Via Housing Related Support Needs and risk assessment will then be booked.

Support offered

Staff on site daily, waking night cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff provide advice, guidance and signposting.
