Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Dereham Homelessness Supported Housing provides supported accommodation for adults aged 18 and over who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and have identifiable support needs. The service offers a mix of single-occupancy rooms and studio flats across four properties, with support available for up to two years. Residents are expected to engage with staff and external services while receiving intensive housing management and practical support to help them build independence and move towards longer-term housing. Staff are on site seven days a week.
