Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Merchants Terrace provides supported housing for adults aged 18 and over who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and have identified support needs. The service offers 13 single-occupancy en-suite bedrooms and five self-contained one-bedroom flats, with on-site staff available 24 hours a day. Residents can stay for up to two years and are expected to actively engage with support to help them develop the skills and stability needed to move towards independent living.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk

Referral procedure

Referrals are made via the Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk but you can also be referred by a support worker or service you already use. As part of our wider supported accommodation provision, referrals are assessed across Astwell House & Park Road to help ensure people are matched with the most appropriate accommodation and support available. Following assessment, an individual may be offered a place at Astwell House or Park Road, subject to eligibility criteria and availability.
