How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals are made through Lewes-Eastbourne Housing department and Children?s services.

Referral procedure

All referrals come from Eastbourne Borough Council Housing Department. Phone Mon-Fri 10am-5pm to arrange an interview. Require proof of identity, references and some background checks.

Support offered

3 full time and 1 part-time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory key-work system, with weekly meetings. Regular residents' meetings.
