How to get a referral
Referral agencies
North Somerset Housing Advice Team and/or Social Services.
Referral procedure
Referrals can be via North Somerset Council Accommodation Gateway (Online System) or though the Housing and Advice Team (01934 888 888) or Social Services. Application form and interview. Needs assessment and risk assessment. Require proof of ID.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
2 full time staff available Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, security staff 8pm-5am, Weekend security staff 8pm-5am. Compulsory keywork system (11 residents per key worker), monthly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least monthly. Staff provide advice and support with life skills, accessing employment, training and education, and resettlement. Leisure activities.
