Who do we help?

Men with a history of complex needs which include homelessness, with mental health issues, substance misuse or offending. No local connection required however assessed on an individual basis. 3 flats can accommodate people with dogs. With 1 fully adapted suitable for wheelchair user.

All clients are looked at on level of risk for each of the above.

How to get a referral

All referrals / nominations now come form the weekly Operational Managers Group meetings.

Referral procedure

Referrals / nominations come form the weekly Operational Managers Group meetings, we also take clients from the waiting list from emergency accommodation on HSR.

Support offered

Staff team of 5, we work 9-9 Monday to Friday and 9-5 Saturday across 2 projects. Project is not staffed on a Sunday but we have an on call service out of working hours.
