Single homeless male only with low-medium support needs and statutory homeless families nominated by the local authority. Must have a local connection to Bristol.

Support offered

Individual support work for each client available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Key work system (15-20 clients per key worker), regular meetings as required. Support plans with agreed outcomes. Staff provide advice about welfare benefits, housing, move-on options, referral to health agencies. Practical help with completing forms.
