How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Work in partnership with referral agencies and do not accept individual referrals. Accept referrals from partner organisations, the refugee council and other referral agencies. https://severnangelshousingandsupport.co.uk/referrals/

Referral procedure

When an individual is referred to us we ask few questions to the referer. This enables us to know if we will be able to meet the individual’s needs before they move into our accommodation. After an initial assessment we will then invite the individual for a further screening with one of our support workers/volunteers to establish if our service is suitable for them. If we can, depending on the individual’s situation, we will ensure they are housed as quickly as possible.
