Only accept referrals from LB Islington Supporting People Team.

Referral procedure

Single homeless people with complex needs who require a high support hostel. Support needs include: substance misuse, mental health, dual diagnosis, offending behaviour and living skills. Clients must have a connection to the Borough of Islington. All referrals should be submitted to Islington Council referrals Team at 222 Upper Street, no direct referrals.

Support offered

Minimum 2 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Individually agreed support plan and client-centred objectives/goals. The focus of the service is on harm reduction, trauma informed practice and working towards recovery and increased independence. Support is centred around life skills, substance use, mental health, health, maintaining and managing accommodation, social inclusion.

Ashley Road is split between two properties. 26 Ashley Road accommodates 10 people. Two doors up, 30 Ashley Road accommodates 8 people.
