Who do we help?

Single homeless people who require a high level of support and whose primary needs relate to drug and alcohol use. Can accept clients with mental health needs, rough sleepers and ex-offenders. Must have a local connection to LB Camden.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from other designated referral agents within the Generic Adult Pathway.

Referral procedure

Application form and risk assessment completed by referring agency. Require psychiatric, discharge and probation reports, CPA notes and MG16 as appropriate. Proof of ID and income. Interview.

Support offered

9 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (6-8 residents per key worker), with formal and informal meetings. Support plan with agreed targets reviewed at least every 3 months. Staff provide support around life skills, behaviour management, benefits and primary health care needs.
