Direct access accommodation for single homeless men. Have 8 rooms allocated for men with dogs in the main hostel. Client group varies- substance misuse, ex-offenders, mental health.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self-referrals and referrals from all outside agencies, homeless services, prisons, social services, mental health services, hospitals, neighbourhood offices, drug services, police and probation service.

Referral procedure

Direct access self-referral accommodation in the main hostel and open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Only accept in house referrals for Parkview & Shared house. This can be done via telephone or email and completion of referral form. All accommodation is offered subject to interview.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

1 Housing Support Worker. 1 Welfare Officer, 1 Activity Coordinator & 1 Housing Officer & 1 Dual Diagnosis Officer. Monday to Friday working hours covering 7.30 to 18.00. 5 lead concierge. 2 assistant concierge. Working on a 24 hour rota providing 24 hour support to service users in all projects.
