Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Harrow Road offers a short stay assessment and connection service for up to 41 people, with clients staying with us for up to 28 days. We can work with men, women, couples (individual claims will be necessary), pet owners and also people with complex support needs. We are predominately a service for people who have slept rough, although verification of rough sleeping is not essential.

No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals for people already housed or rough sleeping in the Westminster borough.

Referral procedure

Referrals are accepted via CHAIN (Westminster Referral Form) or via our internal referral document. Contact us on ReferralsHarrowRoad@Mungos.org to request a copy of our SLA / Referral form.

24 hours staffing, provided by 6 case workers, 2 case coordinators and 4 night workers.
