How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from street outreach teams working with rough sleepers.

Referral procedure

Outreach teams complete referral forms and send to the panel at Lodge Hotel for consideration.

Support offered

Manager and 5 full time staff, available daily 8am-11pm, security staff at other times. Staff provide basic help with form filling and contacting other agencies. Keyworking, support planning and ongoing support is provided by the referring outreach teams.
