Start Team (Outreach for Homeless People)

Services offered

Assessment, treatment, care and advice for rough sleepers aged 18-65 with severe mental health problems, who are unable or unwilling to use other mental health care services. Work in day centres, hospitals and on the streets. 2 new projects working with homeless clients with dual diagnosis.
