Who do we help?

Ex-service personnel, including those with a history of homelessness who need support. Accept people with physical disabilities, mental health and alcohol misuse issues. Can accept couples. Must have some independent living skills. No local connection required. Emergency and temporary accommodation is not provided.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from veterans and mainstream support services.

Referral procedure

Phone, call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Application form completed prior to interview. Require Ministry of Defence Service records and Social Services, Probation and psychiatric reports if applicable.

Support offered

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Keywork sessions with regular meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes through the Outcomes Star model. Support offered around benefits, money and debt advice, access to grants, independent living skills, physical and mental health. Wide range of health and wellbeing activities.
