Support offered

6 full time, 1 part time project workers available daily 8.30am-9.30pm. Night staff and emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system (8.75 residents per key worker) weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. Staff provide advice and support with life skills and accessing employment, education and training. Help with CVs, cooking and IT. Link working into partner agencies.
