Support and accommodation

Support offered

13 support staff, 24 hour waking cover. Each resident has a key worker with weekly meetings. Individual support plan with quarterly reviews. All support is aimed at helping residents to lead comfortable and fulfilling lives in the accommodation. Staff help with accessing community based support services and leisure and social opportunities.
