Who do we help?

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 who have been nominated by North Norfolk District Council. Low support. Accept people with alcohol, drug and mental health issues. Will consider ex-offenders. Must have a local connection to North Norfolk.

Who we cannot help

History of violence, sex offence, or recent history of arson. Chemically dependent individuals.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from North Norfolk District Council Housing Options Team (75%) or Children's Services (25%).

Referral procedure

Once referral accepted, interview arranged when room available.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

4 full time and 1 part time staff available 7am-12 midnight, sleep-in cover. key worker system (3 residents per key worker) with regular meetings, according to individual needs. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff give emotional support and help with life skills, including budgeting, access to employment and training, and signposting to drugs and alcohol services.
