Specialist Housing Advice team; mediation service enabling people to resolve disputes that may lead to housing difficulties and/or homelessness; single access point for 16/17 year olds at risk of homelessness; countywide Outreach Team responding to reports of rough sleeping; plus access to a range of homelessness services.
