Who do we help?
Passage House is a 28-day stay assessment and resettlement service. Single homeless people who are sleeping rough in Westminster but do not have a local connection to the City of Westminster. Couples considered on the basis they are accommodated in separate rooms. Will consider dogs on a case by case basis.

Those with a Westminster Connection. Danger to self or others.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept referrals only from recognised Westminster referral agencies primarily Westminster outreach services, Passage Resource Centre and Connections at St Martins.
Referral procedure
After initial phone call to check criteria and receipt of our risk assessment form. An email address will be given for correspondence.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
3 staff on shift day and evening and 2 engagement workers at night. Engagement workers support day to day needs. Assessment and resettlement workers prepare move on plans. They are supported by 2 coordinators. Support with move on and follow up service. Activities include art, holistic therapies, gardening and visits to places of interest.
