Multisite day centre working with people impacted by homelessness. Rough sleeper space open to anyone who is rough sleeping. Project staff support, advice and accommodation referrals available and specialist external agency support. Breakfast available. Women-only space offering support to vulnerable women of all ages Thursdays 09:00-12:30. Housing support for newly granted refugees provided in Croydon on Tuesday afternoons. Breakfast, showers and clothing available. Rough Sleeper Space Monday: 09:00-12:00 at St. Nicholas' Church, Church Lane, Tooting, SW17 9PP. Tuesday: 09:00-12:00 at St. Luke's Church West Norwood, 13 Norwood High St, SE27 ODT. Wednesday: by appointment only.
Thursday : 09:00-12:00 at Streatham United Reformed Church, 388 Streatham High Road, Streatham, SW16 6HX. Friday: 09:00-12:00 at St. Luke's Church West Norwood, 13 Norwood High St, SE27 ODT.
