Who do we help?

7 bed spaces for single homeless people aged 18-35 (Referrals are accepted from Waverley Borough Council only for these spaces) and 7 bed spaces for young people aged 18 - 25, referrals accepted from any Surrey County Council Children's/young Peoples services Inc. Children's services Placements and Care Leavers teams, Youth Support Service and Surrey Local housing departments.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Referrals are accepted from any Surrey County Council Children’s/young Peoples services Inc. Children’s services Placements and Care Leavers teams, Youth Support Service and Surrey Local housing departments.

Referral procedure

Application form and interview. Require background information. Referrals via local councils, adult social care, mental health services, probation, substance misuse services, young peoples'services. Application form on Transform website, or phone project for advice.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

6 full time staff and 3 part time night staff. key worker system, residents meet with key worker within 5 days of moving in to draw up support plan and then meet weekly. Staff provide information and help residents move on to appropriate accommodation.

Each room has a small kitchenette area with fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle. There is a shared kitchen on each floor with cookers and microwaves.
