Services offered

Our outreach service supports those individuals who are rough sleeping, in emergency accommodation or facing homelessness. If you believe someone is sleeping rough, please notify us by creating an alert on Streetlink Our outreach team will receive all alerts for the Isle of Wight and respond within 24 hours to ensure the rough sleeper is searched for, and support is offered.
