How to get a referral
Referral agencies
The Homeless Pathway service works with the Council and other Homeless Pathway providers to support clients on the Single Homeless Pathway with temporary affordable accommodation. Clients are identified through the Homeless Pathway Panel and Multi Agency Risk Management System and supported to move on to independent living in a more permanent setting.

Support offered
Staff offer intensive housing related support with client focused outcomes. Keywork system. All residents are expected to participate in resettlement opportunities, retraining and meaningful activity.
