Services offered

Dedicated Wellbeing Community Hub for people aged 18+ experiencing/at risk of homelessness, or for those sleeping on the streets, who may not be registered with a GP. It offers a safe, non-judgmental, welcoming space with access to health and wellbeing services, including harm reduction services and a needle exchange.
