How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from agencies including Community Housing Aid, Youth Enquiry Service (Young Devon), Exeter City Council, East Devon & Mid Devon District Council, Children and Young People Service, Mental Health Teams and Youth Offending Service.

Referral procedure

Phone for further information Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Referrer must complete Hub Referral Form. These are presented fortnightly at the Homeless Prevention Panel (HPP) in Exeter.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

Support staff on site from 9am until 8pm and then out-of-hours phone support is provided by the team. Support Sessions are held weekly. A Support Plan drawn up with each resident. Support is provided to help with life skills, including help with budgeting, cooking, home management, finding education, training or meaningful occupation and developing social skills.
