Who do we help?

18+ single adults with support needs that include mental health difficulties, substance misuse, learning disabilities. Will consider housing couples but with separate Licence agreements. House dogs in agreement with a pet welfare contract provided by the service. Local connection required but assessed at point of referral at the council.

Support offered

13 support staff. 2-night porters. 3 x receptionists. 5 x cleaners. Minimum on shift at one time = 2 support workers plus one receptionist/night porter, and 1 x on-call for advice. Support staff available 8am – 9.30pm, plus night porter and sleep-in support staff member for emergencies only.
