Only accept referrals from Brighton and Hove Council.
Referral procedure
Call in or phone Brighton and Hove Council's Housing Advice team, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 9am-4.30pm, Weds 1pm-4.30pm.

4 full time staff, emergency on-call system. Keywork system with weekly/fortnightly meetings. Staff provide assistance with completing forms, benefits claims, independent living skills, emotional support and referrals to outside agencies.
At Stanley Court we provide regular residents meetings in which any matters can be raised in regards to the project, how it runs, what residents would like to see more of, what activities they would like to see.
We also have put a suggestions box which is regularly checked and addressed.
As well as this we also now have a resident representative who attends regular meetings at Head Office alongside other client reps and discuss wider matters
