How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency including Housing Solutions.

Referral procedure

Application forms. Interview and risk assessment. Require proof of ID and additional background information.

8 full time staff and 2 part time.. 24 hour waking cover. Weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed weekly. Staff provide advice and support with life skills training in order to prepare for independent living.
