Phone daily 24 hours for application form. Interview with needs and risk assessments. Required info to be submitted at interview Proof of benefits Photo ID Bank statements

Support offered

24 hour waking cover. In-house support provided to 16-17 year olds in 16 single rooms. Floating support provided by external agencies to residents of flats. Skills advice, group sessions. Low to medium support.
