How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from any agency. Applicant must register for housing with Coventry City Council, switchboard 01788 533433. Can accept referrals direct from prison and conduct interviews in prison.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. All applicants must register with Coventry City Council for housing. Interview with referring agency worker where applicable. Require proof of ID and background information. Any enquiries contact us via email on admin@ymca-cw.org.uk or by phone on 0247 659 7009

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Staff available during the day. Staff offer support and advice in all aspects of housing related assistance. Residents are encouraged to take part in education, work or training. Residents are encouraged to participate in volunteering as well as being actively engaged in the project and its running. Emergency assistance over the phone out of hours.
