Homeless people aged 16-35 with support needs such as mental health, drug or alcohol problems, learning difficulties or physical disabilities. Must have a local connection to LB Ealing.

Who we cannot help

Sex offenders, people with a history of violence.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals via LB Ealing Specialist Support Team. Homeless applicants claiming benefits must be referred by LB Ealing Housing Options, Ealing SPOT or Social Services. Referrals from probation, prisons, mental health teams, schools and colleges. Self referrals are out on waiting list.

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form. Assessment. Interview.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

9 support staff available 8am-10pm, night support staff 10pm-8am. Compulsory keywork support and resettlement advice and assistance. Support plans with regular reviews. On-site foyer scheme which provides training and employment support. Referrals to outside counselling services and other specialist agencies. Learning Power Award life skills training programme, basic IT skills and move on sessions.
