How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from LB Hillingdon children's and housing services only.

Referral procedure

Uxbridge have a contract with Hillingdon Social Services from where we receive referrals. Ealing common has 15 flats with SP contract from Ealing local authority for which we receive referrals. Referrals are from Ealing Social Services ART (Access to Resource Team) and SST housing team. Ealing also have 11 sport contract spaces for which we are happy to accept cross-borough referrals.

Support offered

The hostel have 8 full time and 4 part time staff, with 24 hour waking cover. Residents are supported with Keywork sessions of monthly to 6 weeks meetings. Action plan with agreed outcomes, compulsory quarterly reviews are carried out. Staff provide support around motivation, independent living skills, self-care, budgeting, CV writing, job search, training and educational search, accessing benefits, wellbeing, and make referrals to external support services such as GP, dentists, mental health team, solicitor, and where appropriate.
