How to get a referral
Referral agencies
100% referrals come from LB Waltham Forest Housing Department. Do not accept self referrals.
Referral procedure
Application form completed by prospective resident with their housing assessment officer prior to interview. Require proof of ID eg birth certificate, passport, access to benefits, income proof and additional information from agencies working with applicant.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
4 full time and 1 part time staff, available 7 days a week. Waking night cover through Night concierge.
Key-work system with at monthly meetings and quarterly reviews to enable residents to take up education, employment or training as appropriate.
Outcome Star process used to engage and develop support plan as needed.
Staff offer support around budgeting, employment and training, meaningful occupation and independent living skills including move on planning and assistance with move on.
Previous residents have on average moved on into further education (University), Self-employment, Employment, Private Rental, Social Housing and Council Housing.
