How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone or call in, usually Mon-Fri 9am-7pm. Application form completed at interview by staff. Interviews held Mon-Fri. Referrals from agencies/local authority using generic Worcestershire referral form.

Support offered

Supported = 24/7 support from Housing officer, life coaches, life skills co-ordinator, Engagement worker (mental health and substance mis-use), Complex needs Worker, Night support workers. Semi supported- floating support from above staff. General needs Accommodation supported as required by housing officer.

The General needs non supported room and flat are only for young people aged 16-25 in education, employment or training as per Section 106 funding.
