People experiencing homelessness experience some of the worst health outcomes in society. Following on from Homeless Link's recently published 'The Unhealthy State of Homelessness' report, this briefing shares good practice case studies from organisations who have developed new ways of working to improve the health outcomes of the people they support.
The case studies include short videos and links to toolkits to provide further depth and context about how organisations have designed programmes, alongside quotes from people who have benefited from them.
