Transition Homeless Project is a small non-profit organisation serving the local community in Harrow. We spoke to Transition Homeless Project to find out a bit more about what they do:
"We aim to eliminate homelessness and poverty, to empower the homeless, and promote independent living. Transition Homeless Project is dedicated to assisting individuals who are experiencing homelessness, especially in light of the growing challenges caused by the UK’s cost-of-living crisis.
We aim to minimise homelessness in the local community by offering essential services to rough sleepers helping them to rebuild their lives and transition off the streets. Our services include education and training programmes, financial and housing advise, and poverty prevention advise for those at risk of becoming homeless."
